Warm Up

Here's a video of a warmup that we do in our boot camp class, with one of our very own bootcampers, Bree, as the model.

Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, with 10 seconds rest (transition) between each.  If it is a particularly cold day, then perform the warm up circuit twice then move on to your normal workout...
