Increased Shoulder Mobility in 10 seconds

Amy's shoulder has been causing her grief for ages. Quite a bit of pain and a severe lack of mobility. We've been testing out different drills to see which work best for her and as you can see from this video, with only 3 hip circles in each direction - only with her right hip makes HUGE immediate improvement in her range of motion in her shoulder. Doing this one little drill a few times a day will increase her motion regularly and reduce her pain. As easy as that! I've been working on finding individual drills for all my clients to maximize their movement and improve their performance. It's incredible how simple, yet effective these drills are....
