First Workout for 2015

HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone!

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and a super fun time bringing in the New Year on Wednesday night (without a horrible hangover on Thursday that is! Ha)

I love the start of a new year, it brings about so much cheer, reflection on the year that was and motivation to move forward and have a better year this year.  Personally, 2014 wasn't one of my favourites - I had a lot of hurdles and not so awesome moments...

However, what was totally BRILLIANT about it was the birth of my second son - Thomas.  He is such a gorgeous little man and I cannot believe that he is turning 1 this month!  I was also lucky enough to stand beside my brother while he married the woman of his dreams.  

I am determined though, that 2015 is going to be a fantastic year!  I am planning on taking my ability to help mums achieve their goals to the next level by providing more online resources as well as working on my own self-improvement.

Bringing in 2015

Perform 1 round of each set, resting for 1 minute in between.

Set #1:

20 x Mountain Climbers

15 x Pushups

20 x Jump Squats

15 x Split Squats (ES)

Set #2:

20 x Sea Turtles

15 x Tricep Dips

20 x Squat Thrusts

15 x Lateral Jumps (Each Side)

Set #3:

20 x Belly Blasters

15 x Close-Grip Push-Ups

20 x Froggers

15 x Prisoner Squats

BONUS SET (If you want) 20 seconds x run on spot; rest x 15 secs; repeat x 6
