Bring Mummy Boot Camp Home…

For those of you who can't make it to Mummy Boot Camp, here is a video to bring Mummy Boot Camp to you!

This video contains a workout you can do in the privacy of your own home and you don't even need any equipment...

The workout is as follows:

Kneeling Pushups

Bodyweight Squats

Lying Y's

1-Leg Hip Extension

Mountain Climbers 

Belly Blasters

Perform each exercise for 30 secs then rest for 1 min

Repeat 2-3 times.
